Bud,not Buddy SEAN

I think the person that influenced Bud the most in Bud,Not Buddy was Mr.Lewis. The reason I think Mr.Lewis had influenced Bud the most because Mr.Lewis said that he thought Bud was one of the smartest kid he had ever met in his life. Also because Mr.Lewis had wanted to help Bud get to Grand Rapids to meet Herman E. Calloway (his father) as soon as he could. The last reason why I thought that Mr.Lewis had influenced Bud the most is because he offered food, shelter, and a bed to sleep in over night.

Bud, Not Buddy- Calia

I think the person that affected Bud the most is the librarian. She's the one that told Bud that the former Miss Hill got married and went to Chicago. She also let him use the book that helped Bud get to Grand Rapids. She was also nice to Bud and gave him that book on wars. I think that the book really helped Bud pass the time and wait till night to leave like he planned. I think the librarian affected Bud the most.
Bud,Not Buddy-Tiffany

I think the person who has affected Bud the most is Mr.Lewis because he helped Bud to find his father. He also let him eat breakfast with his family. Also he offered Bud some food and a drink when he had nothing to eat.He also offered him a ride from his car. That is why I think Mr.Lewis affected Bud the most.

People that effect Bud-not-Buddy by JJ quinto

I believe that Bud has encountered many people on his journey. The most important people that affected him was probably Bugs. He helped Bud get through a lot of tough times, like when Bud was on the lam, and he had no food, and no shelter. Another person that I think affected Bud is the Amoses, because Todd and his mother were very rude to Bud, and they were the reason why he was on the lam. Also because Bud seriously got a ton of bee stings from their outhouse. The final person that I think affected Bud was Lefty Lewis, because he helped Bud get a home and a place to sleep. At first, Bud thought Lefty Lewis was a vampire, so Bud took his car. Too bad he didn't know how to drive. Those were the people that I think affected Bud in Bud-not-Buddy.

Who Influenced Bud the Most By QUINMANN

I think the librarian and Lewis Influenced Bud the most. The librarian gave Bud a book that had a picture of the map. It helped him get to grand rapids where his dad was. Without the librarian giving him the map, he would be stuck where he was until the next train comes in 50 years then he would finally get to grand rapids. Then Lewis came to give Bud a ride to grand rapids. Lewis also told Bud about his dad so Bud could get to know about his dad more. That's why I think Lewis and the librarian influenced Bud the most.

Bud, Not Buddy

I think Bud got influenced by Bugs.  Why?  Well I think he got influenced by Bugs because it was his idea to go on the train heading west.  When they both went to Hooverville, Bud met this girl named Deza Malone.  Bud and Deza kissed Bud was blushed.  When they were rushing towards the train Bud didn't make it but Bugs did.

Sourish's blog =)

I think the person that Bud was influenced by the most was Bugs. This is so because Bugs was the one that convinced Bud that the should go west on a train. They then got to a place called Hooverville and Bud met a girl named Deza Malone. She was the first person he had ever kissed. He then misses a train that was supposed to go to the west because of a few cops. Bud then goes back to Flint and then, meets a man named Mr.Lewis and says that his dad was at Grand Rapids so that he could get there without walking for 24 hour. He meets Mr.Lewis's daughter, Mrs.Slate and his two grand kids, Kim and Scott.

Bud-Not-Buddy Mumin

I think the person who affected Bud the most were the Amoses. First of all because when Bud got beat up and smacked around by Tod he was the guy who got in trouble by Mrs. Amose. He also had to hide under the bed. Mrs. and Mr. Amose both looked at Buds suitcase when promising they wouldn't. Then Mr. Amose was forced by Mrs. Amose to throw Bud in the shed.

And Tod made Bud scared by telling horiblle stories of what happened to the other kids. Then after that Bud had to get stung by a ton of wasps and had to sleep under a Christmas tree. That's why I think Bud was affected by the Amoses the most.

Bud, not Buddy

I think that Bud was affected by the Amoses the most. The reason I think the Amoses affected Bud the most is because when Todd was beating up Bud, Bud was the one that got in trouble and not Mrs. Amoses’ sweet, sweet Toddy! So Mrs. Amose made Mr. Amose put Bud in the dark and spooky shed. Right off the board, Bud knows he was going to the orphanage. Bud wanted to get out of there and far away for the Amoses’ house as soon as possible. But, he still wanted revenge. So when all the lights turned off, Bud got out of the shed and got in the Amoses’ house. The person that Bud wanted to get the most revenge on was Mrs. Amoses’ sweet, sweet Toddy! Bud knew that Mrs. Amose hated bedwetters. So Bud got a hot bowl with hot water and poured it all over sweet, sweet Toddy’s bed. After that happened, Bud had to hind behind a Christmas tree to sleep. Then, later he meets up with his pal Bugs from the orphanage and heads to the west!

Bud, not Buddy

I think that Bud was affected by the Amoses the most. I think this because when mrs. Amose made mr. Amose throw Bud into the shed made Bud realize that this is not the orphanage anymore. That made him realize that people are not looking out for him anymore, that he was on his own. This made Bud know that he was in the real world now and he could only stand up for himself. There was nobody who would yell at him for doing something wrong. So he had to handle things by himself.

Bud, not Buddy

I think that Bud was most affected by Bugs because he was one of Bud's few friends.  He also convinced Bud to go with him to the West to earn money through harvesting fruit.  I think that Bud really wanted someone around his age just to hang out.  He probably just wanted a friend who wouldn't ask about his previous years.  I think that Bud liked the casual way he could be around his friend.  Bud was also affected by Bugs because he missed Bug's friendly conversations and easy ways when he missed the train.  I think that he was lonely and sad, having lost his best friend and his blood brother.

Bud not Buddy

I think the people who affected Bud the most were the Amoses. I think they affected him because when Todd tried to beat up Bud Bud was the one who got in trouble The Amoses were unfair to him and didn't ask for Bud's side of the story. All they did was punish Bud. I think they should have at least asked what happened. Even though Bud broke out and made Todd wet the bed Bud never forgot them.

Bud Not Buddy-Carly

I think that the person who effected Bud most, was Bugs. The reason I think that is because Bugs is the one who thought of the crazy idea to hop on a train that was heading west. When Bugs told Bud about going west, Bud agreed. Bugs and Bud arrived at Hooverville, a town in Flint. There, Bud got to meet a lot of people, black and white. He met a black girl named Deza Malone, who was also the first girl that he kissed. The next day after the arrival at Hooverville, the train left without Bud and a few other passengers, all because of a couple of cops. This event caused Bud to walk out of Flint, and meet a man driving a car who he thought to be a vampire! The man (Mr. Lewis) took him to Grand Rapids, which caused a whole new adventure. So really, Bugs caused it all.

masons bud not buddy blog :P :)

In Bud not Buddy so far, Bud has met many people. But, I think The Amoses put a huge affect on Bud. Fir example " Todd A.K.A Bud's foster brother tries to beat Bud up but that backfired, and Mrs.Amos got mad at bud for beating Todd upso she told Mr.Amos to lock him up in a creepy old shed, but Bud escaped the shed and pulled a little prank on Mr.Todd. After that happened, Bud had to sleep under a x-mas tree until he meets up with his old pal bugs and heads west.

Bud, not Buddy Ethan

I think think the Amoses effected Bud the most. For example, Bud got in a fight with Tod. After he got thrown in the shed. But after he got out he wanted revenge. So he made Tod wet his sheets. Then he ran away. That's why I think Bud had got effected the most.

bud, not buddy- Karam

In Bud, Not Buddy, I think the Amoses affected Bud the most because they were the ones who threw bud in the shed. once Bud got in the shed, a while later Bud broke out and thats what lead Bud to a crazy adventure. thats why I think the Amoses affected Bud the most.

Tyler

I think Buds foster parents affected him mostly because they were mean to him. For example, Budd had a fight with Todd, is foster brother. So his foster parents told him that he had to stay in the shed for the night. Before he went into the shed Todd told him stories about the last kid that was in there. Todd said," The last boy that was in here got bit by a giant spider and he left a giant puddle of blood right in the middle of the floor." I felt so bad for Bud when he had to live in that horrible home with the Amoss's.

Bud's Influence ~Jacqueline~

The best influence on Bud was the librarian. I think this because she was always so kind- hearted and compassionate. For example, when Bud was in the library for the whole day, she realized that he had not eaten. When the library closed, she took the initiative and gave him her lunch, which consisted of a sandwich and an apple. Another positive influence she had on him was in the area of reading. She showed and gave him books, encouraging him to read. She also helped him a lot. When Bud came in, one day, he asked her to look up something. She researched and gave him the information he was looking for. All these reasons state why I think the librarian was a positive influence on Bud.
